We offer consistent services in localization, marketing, distribution and technical support with a view to introduce latest products for "storage management", "system management" and "security management" to the Japanese market.

• ■ Development
• We develop Japanese versions of the innovative foreign products collaborating with original developers. We also undertake customized development for OEM.
• ■ Marketing
• We engage in market cultivation and various activities (conferences, press tours, PR activities, production of promotional items, exhibits and the website construction) for improved visibility of our offerings in the market.
• ■ Customer Service
• We receive and respond to inquiries of users through E-mail, telephone and fax. We also provide various services (education through training seminars etc, on-site services, consultation on system architecture) to facilitate installation of our products.
• ■ Sales
• Our products and services for businesses are offered through contracted integrator partners (60 partners). We partly engage in direct sales as well. Our products for individual customers are distributed through major distributors, mail-order from our website and downloading from EC websites. We are also experienced in OEM agreements and multiple installations by the site license.
